Upholstered four-seat sofa with two throw pillows. Butter yellow velvet fabric. Dimensions: 88 x 35 x 29 inches.
There are two options for removal of this item. One will be through the front door and down two flights of concrete stairs or through the back patio door that exits through the backyard to the front.
This item has a lingering cigarette smoke odor.
Condition
The sofa shows wear consistent with age and use, including some staining and discoloration to the upholstery. There appears to be pen/marker on the back side of the sofa.
