Vintage sofa and chair set featuring a geometric pattern in shades of brown, tan, and black. The set has a wooden frame and appears to be from the mid-20th century. Sofa dimensions are approximately 81"x36"x31", chair dimensions are approximately 35"x35"x30".
There are two options for removal of this item. One will be through the front door and down two flights of concrete stairs or through the back patio door that exits through the backyard to the front.
This item has a lingering cigarette smoke odor.
Condition
Wear and staining are visible on the fabric. The wooden frames show some signs of age but are structurally sound. The sofa may be missing small brass plates on the base.
