“One Funnel Away” MP3 player with USB for charging and JVC headphones, one Apple headphone jack adapter, BOSE headphones with case, USB connector, and connection cord (item has spots where wire is exposed, may not work). MP3 player turns on and charges. BOSE headphones appear to be Quiet Comfort 35 model. JVC headphones have minor flaws in the padding.
