This is a 2006 12’ Lark brand enclosed cargo trailer. It features a ramp rear door and a side door. The interior has wooden shelving and hooks. The trailer shows signs of wear, including dents on the exterior and water damage to the interior wood paneling, ceiling and flooring. The roof vent is damaged. The trailer is suitable for hauling equipment or goods but will need maintenance to make it water light. Some of the exterior light markers are broken or missing. There is also some minor cosmetic damage to the exterior. The electrical system has not been tested. Tire pressure is low and will need additional air before removing from the property.
