Nice 7.5x11.5 World War II leather flag, with a friendly message sewn into every flight jacket of the 58th Bomb Wing in case they were shot down over China. China, Burma, and India also used by the Flying Tigers and 14th Volunteer Bomb Group.
The messages are usually translated loosely as: “This foreign person has come to China to help in the war effort. Soldiers and civilians, one and all, should rescue, protect, and provide him medical care.”
