NOTE: Items are located in a basement and will need to removed through the basement door and carried up a set of stairs to ground level. Please bring help and any equipment/tools needed for removal. The items are in good, used condition with some minor signs of wear consistent with their intended use. The wood shows some scuffs and scratches, but the structures are sound and stable. No significant damage is apparent.
