The Sunshine Family Home in original box. Includes original booklet; "idea Book of Things to Make". Parts appear to be in good shape. Appears that most of the included accessories are in box, but could be missing a couple parts. The Sunshine Family Van with Piggyback Shack. All parts appear to be in original box and assembly instructions are included. This set is in good condition. Also included are four family members; two parents and two babies.
Notice: These items are located in the basement with no outdoor walkout access. A 5-6 step stairway leads to and from the garage for entry and exit. Please bring boxes or containers to carry your items and bring help if needed.

Shipping and handling is available by request. However, costs are not included in the final price. All parties are responsible for paying their own shipping costs based on the USPS shipping rates plus a supply charge of $5 per box.
