The Sunshine Family Home in original box. Includes original booklet; "idea Book of Things to Make". Parts appear to be in good shape. Appears that most of the included accessories are in box, but could be missing a couple parts. The Sunshine Family Van with Piggyback Shack. All parts appear to be in original box and assembly instructions are included. This set is in good condition. also included are four family members; two parents and two babies.
