Two vintage Standard Oil Company signs. One is a reward sign offering $1000 for apprehension and conviction of anyone robbing or attempting to rob the company. The other is a metal Standard thermometer sign for home heating oils with Sta-Clean. Heavy enamel reward sign has some rust and is 5.5x12. Thermometer has age related wear and is 3x11.
Condition
Both signs show wear consistent with age and use, including some rust, scratches, and paint loss. The thermometer appears to be functional, but accuracy is not guaranteed. The reward sign has some edge damage.
