The items show signs of age and use, consistent with their vintage nature. The refrigerator is missing the knob and the vinyl rocker has a hole in the covering as shown in the pictures. The play furniture has wear consistent with age, including scratches and minor scuffs. The chalkboard has some surface marks. The red cabinet has paint chips, scratches, and a hole in the door. Overall, the set is in fair vintage condition, suitable for display or restoration.
