The High Pressure Cleaner is new in original packaging and has not been assembled. Master Mechanic Random Orbital Waxer & Polisher. The waxer/polisher is in good used condition with original box. Neither units have been tested.  NOTE: ORBITAL WAXER DOES NOT INCLUDE A 25 FT EXTENSION CORD THAT IS INDICATED ON THE BOX.
