1974 Grand Funk Railroad Poster Photographed by Lynn Goldsmith. I could find nothing similar to this. The photographer says she was a tireless supporter and substitute manager, explaining she is the reason Grand Funk didn't go under!  She said it was she who came up with the song name "We're an American Band", and she was able to get Todd Rundgren to produce the record. Interesting.  There's a YouTube video on this topic by Goldsmith.
