Two framed artworks: an oil on canvas landscape painting signed "Nicol" depicting a desert scene with mountains and cacti (45"x35"), and an etched mirror with Native American-inspired designs (45"x37"). Both pieces are framed.
These items have a lingering cigarette smoke odor.
Condition
Good condition. The painting shows some minor wear consistent with age. The mirror has no visible chips or cracks.
