One Cent "Large" coin collection spanning the years 1826 to 1857, complete, with blue Whitman Publishing Co. coin folder No. 9002 circa 1940. The coins appear as "fair" to "very good" condition overall; there is wear, tarnish, and blending, but some also appear as (relatively) bright, with good strike marks. See photos for more detail. 1857 was the last year these were minted, to be replaced by the modern-day One- Cent "Penny". Whitman book is in good vintage condition, with minor scuffs and some edge-fraying, panel spines intact. We believe these coins to be authentic. Not certified or authenticated.
