Colored etching by Belgian artist Julien Celos (1884-1953), depicting a picturesque scene, likely in Bruges, featuring canals and buildings. The artwork features buildings with red tile roofs and a stone bridge over a waterway. There is some obvious water damage and it is a bit darkened with age. Framed under glass. Has not been examined out of frame, 31”x28”.
