Collection of approximately 150 or so Edison, Edison Re-creation, and Standard Talking Machine Co. discs from the early 1900's. Many of these are in good to very good condition for age/wear/storage conditions. Some show use, wear, scratches or scuffs, others look lightly handled at most. 

The music contained on these range widely and reflect Turn of the Century tastes; marches, arias, solo singing, Classical, orchestras, xylophone trios, Hawaiian, ballroom dance, novelty. 

Because of their unique characteristics, the discs themselves are proprietary to their respective companies; an Edison Diamond Disc player or a Standard Talking Machine player would be required to play these records. Fascinating ephemera of the time period, and hard to find quantities of these discs in good condition. If you have a player for these or access to one, the sound on Diamond Discs especially is reputedly astounding for it's time!
