Washington Head Quarters collection, 1946-1959 and 1962-1970. Blue Whitman coin collector books #9031, 9040 published 1946, 1961. Collection is COMPLETE for 1946-59. Book "Collection Starting 1960" is incomplete. Of four designated examples (1960 to 1961-D) none are here. Instead, years ranging from 1943 to 1970 are, a total of 16. Coins appear as Good/Very Good overall. Whitman books are in good vintage condition. Stickers, tape/writing, staining, general wear/tear evident. Fraying and on edges and spines. Bindings loosened but intact. Coin panels and spines intact.
