Cast iron fireplace insert or skirt with an ornate, openwork design. Carved stone griffin, marked St. Paul’s KCK on the bottom with a fierce expression. The stone shows some weathering and minor chips, consistent with age and outdoor exposure. Cast iron decorative piece resembling a flower or rosette. The cast iron pieces show signs of rust and patina.
Condition
The cast iron fireplace insert exhibits some surface rust and patina. The stone griffin has minor chips and weathering, but no significant damage. The small cast iron decorative piece also shows signs of age and rust.
