1987 19ft Wellcraft Elite 196, has an inboard motor and a prop that is not installed. The interior of the boat is in bad condition and will take some TLC to bring it back to good condition. (Please look at the pics). This boat comes with a Rolco trailer. Clean titles boat and trailer.
