This 1956 Ford Thunderbird Convertible is finished in Raven Black with a black and white interior. The data plate indicates the car was originally equipped with a 312 cubic inch V8 and retains its Thunderbird body and production identification. The vehicle starts and runs, as shown in the accompanying video. It is equipped with a Ford Y-block V8 featuring Thunderbird-script valve covers and an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor.

Included with the vehicle is a large shipping crate containing a replacement hood, additional parts, hardware, and service literature. Manuals include the original 1956 Thunderbird owner's handbook, 1956 Ford Shop Manual, Fordomatic Shop Manual, Thunderbird Electrical Equipment Installation Manual, Holley carburetor service manuals, and Thunderbird reference manuals.

The engine compartment shows age and prior maintenance, including visible wiring repairs or modifications and it does have factory power steering and power brakes  The windshield is cracked on one side, and the hood currently installed on the vehicle is bent. A replacement hood is included in the accompanying crate. The hardtop latch hardware appears to be incomplete or partially disassembled. Original Carlite markings are visible on portions of the glass. Additional parts are included as photographed. The Thunderbird will need to be jump started to run.
